STEP 2:
Review & Qualify Data
Next, BBDV systematically reviews the analytical results against the identified criteria, using industry standards for data validation and reporting.
- Document the data validation process and identify data qualification actions.
- Assign EPA or project-specific qualifiers to data when validation criteria are not met.
- Add program-specific reason codes providing context for each qualified result.
STEP 3:
Deliver Detailed Reports
Then, BBDV provides a detailed, clear, and actionable Data Validation Summary Report that includes:
- Comprehensive summary of the validation process.
- Validated data with all relevant qualifiers, reason codes, and documentation.
- Data tables when identified as part of the project scope (ex. sample summary, analytical results summary, and qualified results summary).
- Key findings summaries guide data usability evaluations.
